"Due to high demand, a deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given. The deposit will be applied towards your final total."

At Diary of Ink, mutual respect for time plays a key role in our success. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Please note that cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

"Clients who fail to call or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit. To reschedule after a no-call/no-show, a new deposit of 50% of the service cost will be required."

While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is important to us. In the rare event of a mistake, your artist will correct it at no additional cost. We're committed to making it right-please reach out to the studio as soon as possible so we can find the best and quickest solution for you.

We only provide services to patrons 18+ regardless of parental consent. 

If you're running late or unable to attend your appointment due to unexpected circumstances, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to any client we determine to be unfit for the tattooing process. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who are pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Clients who significantly change their tattoo concept after the initial deposit has been received may also be refused service. In such cases, the deposit will be retained by the artist.

We have a strict no kid policy. We reserve the right to deny service if a client has a child with them. 

We currently do not offer piercing services. 

"It is the clients responsibility to remember and honor their scheduled appointment time. We reserve the right to retain your deposit if you fail to show up or cancel without providing at least a 48 hours' notice.

Touch-ups are offered at the artist’s discretion. Technical or healing-related touch-ups are free within 6 months when done by the original artist—excluding non-guaranteed areas (fingers, hands, feet, head, face, or genitals).

Touch-ups due to improper aftercare or changes to the original design will be charged as a new tattoo. Tattoos on non-guaranteed areas may require multiple paid touch-ups.
